Hub Salvador is one of Salvador’s most modern innovation hubs. Active since 2018, the Hub celebrated its anniversary – April 29th – with the Hub Day, bringing together partners, investors, residents, and guests from Salvador’s innovation ecosystem.
Hub Day began at 9 am with the talk “Pitching in English: How to Communicate Your Startup to the World,” led by Filipe Lopes Sousa, who discussed strategies for presenting startups in English clearly and objectively, aiming for internationalization.
Romero Mateus, from Farol Negro, led the workshop “Branding and Brand Management for Startups” at 10 am, a practical immersion in building and positioning brands from the initial phase.
After lunch, the first panel brought together three startups to discuss the theme “How to Create a Socially Responsible Business.” Óia Fia, SDW, and Wastezero fueled the debate on social and environmental impact, highlighting inspiring lessons and practices.
An hour later, at 3 PM, the audience and participants headed out for the celebration, combining networking, food, and drinks.
The event concluded with final talks on “The Power of Action!”, featuring discussions with representatives from Hubine and specialist Mayra Belém.
